Feva, a designer womenswear boutique in the Cotswolds, needed a new e-commerce website to grow brand awareness and retail sales. I shaped the content that brought the boutique’s style online, working with a leading advertising agency to deliver the site.

The challenge
Feva’s customers loved the confident, personal experience they enjoyed in store. The boutique needed a website that recreated that experience online, sold its designer collections effectively and raised its profile beyond the Cotswolds.
What I did
I owned the website’s content from start to finish, so every page sold the Feva experience as well as its products.
1. Content that sells
I wrote all of the site’s copy and selected every image, giving shoppers the same confident, aspirational experience they enjoyed in store. I sourced product photography and descriptions from the boutique’s designer suppliers, then curated them into a consistent catalogue that made it easy to browse by occasion, brand and colour.
2. Built with a leading agency
I worked closely with a big advertising agency to bring the site to life. Evidence-based sales strategies and carefully mapped customer journeys guided every page, from the homepage and catalogue through to the product pages.

- Supplier imagery

The result
A stylish, easy-to-shop website that raised Feva’s profile and delivered significant sales growth, both online and in store.
