Postcards and wall graphics to help create a sense of belonging amongst first-year university students.

The first term for new university students is often the hardest. To promote engagement with the myriad of support teams across campus, a range of initiatives were put in place.

These included these beautiful little postcards, displayed in high-footfall areas, promoting large and small achievements of different students, and signposting people to related support services. My team and I sourced bespoke photography and student quotes to create student-centred and impactful designs.

In fact, the graphics were loved so much that students and staff wanted them on lecture hall walls too!

The project was a success, contributing to an increase in retention rate by 5% in its first year alone.
